Panadol Baby& Infant Suspension 100ml
Panadol is a strawberry-flavored suspension specially formulated for infants and children to help alleviate pain caused by heat, toothaches, and sore throats.
It is intended for children between the ages of 2 months and 5 years.
Panadol contains paracetamol, which belongs to a group of analgesics that function by inhibiting enzymes known as cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2). These enzymes are involved in the production of prostaglandin (PG), a substance crucial in the perception of pain.
By inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, paracetamol effectively relieves pain, reduces fever, and alleviates heat sensations.

Panadol is used in the following cases:

How to use:
• Not suitable for children under two months old.
• The dosage is determined based on the child's weight and age. Refer to the table provided on the package.
• For children aged 2 to 3 months, the recommended dose is 10-15 ml, used to alleviate symptoms resulting from vaccinations.
More Information:
• This Suspension is free of alcohol and sugar.
• Do not give to babies less than 2 months of age.
• Do not give more than 2 doses.
• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• If further doses are needed, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not use it with any other medications containing paracetamol.
